Meet Carly

This is me, the face behind the camera! I began my photography adventure through my primary work role in graphic design and it has evolved into a true passion!

My photography style is one of a storyteller, striving to capture beautiful, honest, emotional, and authentic moments. I want your experience to be relaxing, silly, fun, natural, meaningful, and perfectly imperfect! Combining natural poses with candid, spontaneous moments, gives my photos the lifestyle vibe I love. I have found that many times, the unscripted moments are where the true magic lies. I will guide you in pose and action, but won’t force anything that feels uncomfortable. My goal is for you to come away from your experience surprised at how comfortable you felt in front of my camera and at just being yourself! If you have little ones, I want them to enjoy their photo experience, too. I will play chase, make silly faces and do whatever I can to connect with them and make them smile! Yes, even “Baby Shark” is in my repertoire! I’d also love to make your fur babies part of the fun. They are family, too, and will be treated as such. Oh yeah, that’s me with the silly voice! It seems to emerge automatically when I talk to your babies, fur and otherwise!

Overall, I feel that moments are fleeting, life is short, and that it’s important to document special occasions in life for yourself, your loved ones, and future generations. Discovering the beauty in every moment allows me to capture magic through my tiny camera lens. Yes! A little magic and a whole lot of love!
